Expertisa 3 Platform — ECC Solutions

Expertisa is a configurable estimating system, built on knowledge banks, for responding to tenders. Version 3 also had to give ECC a platform for future products: dependency injection, mocks, testability, and readiness for .NET 4 (WCF, MEF, Code Contracts), with WinForms, WPF, or web deployment.

With the lead architect I delivered the architecture, wrote coding standards and the test strategy (TDD and design by contract), helped introduce Scrum and TeamCity, and built the first core modules as examples for the team.
