CLEC in a box is a TELUS product sold to other carriers that want to operate as a CLEC without owning the infrastructure or expertise.

I took over as translation prime. I joined the national meetings, added translations on the Toronto switch for the targeted cost centres, turned up circuits, and ran Bell's ILEC test plan plus 9-1-1 tests.
