Applications, Scripts, and Databases — TELUS

I built VBScript jobs to automate work in Telnet consoles (Reflection X), then a Java application on the Nortel PSP Guide API: pull switch tables, load them in memory, search from a plan, and produce the requested report. That application cut the monthly NPA-NXX load from one to two weeks down to three to five days.

I also took over support of a departed analyst's C# applications: Access plus ASP.NET to pull data from several websites into a knowledge base for recurring translation work.
